Lynsey Marnell
Director and owner, Liberty Tile Studio ltd
Lynsey has been part of the tiling industry since 2003, beginning her journey at just 18 years old under the guidance of her father, Tony Humphreys. She was proudly trained by the expert team at Tony’s Tiles, where she developed a strong foundation in both product knowledge and customer service.

In 2013, Lynsey and Tony opened the doors to Liberty Tile Studio Ltd, bringing their shared vision for a customer-focused, design-led tile showroom to life. Since then, Lynsey has grown the business with dedication and integrity, building loyal and trusting relationships that continue to shape Liberty Tile Studio’s success.

Her commitment to quality, service, and meaningful connections has made Liberty Tile Studio a trusted name for both homeowners and trade professionals across the region.
Karen Ocallaghan
Manager, Liberty Tile Studio
Karen has been in the tiling industry since the age of 16, bringing decades of hands-on experience and knowledge. She spent 18 years at one of the UK’s leading tile companies, where she managed a large team and built a strong foundation in customer service and operations.

Following that, Karen took on a new challenge with another top organisation, sourcing tile ranges from overseas and introducing them into branches across Wales — combining her design eye with an understanding of market trends.

Since joining Liberty Tile Studio in 2015, Karen has become an essential asset to the business. Her extensive expertise, leadership, and professional approach have played a key role in its growth and success. Highly regarded by clients and colleagues alike, Karen is recognised for her commitment to excellence and ability to consistently deliver outstanding service.
